Government Fee
The government fees are based on Authorized Capital and are charged are as follows
- Up to NPR 100,000 (authorized capital): NRS 1,000.

- NRS 2,500,001 to NRS 10,000,000: NRS 16,000.

- NRS 30,000,001 to NRS 40,000,000: NRS 25,000.

Business Registration in Local Ward Office
Since FY 2074/75 all companies should be registered in Office of Municipal Executive, we work on this registration and lease agreement papers.

Information: To be submitted to Office of Company Registrar
- Submit 2 copies of proposed MOA and AOA
- Mutual agreement of promotors
- Prior approval from respective office (NRB in case of B&FIs)

- Application and required fees.
- If promotor is a legal person (organization) then need to submit a copy of registration certificate.
- In case of foreign promotor (person/institution) approval of investment, registration certificate and citizenship certificate.
